Mediation

Bandwidth offers New York State-certified professional mediation remotely or in person. Mediating with an ADHD specialist allows parties to transform their relationships while working with their neurobiology in an accessible, mutually respectful way. Mediation does not lead to specific, pre-determined outcomes. Instead, mediation processes allow parties to achieve greater understanding of one another and their shared situations, and may lead to change or resolution.

Mediation rates start at $850 per 2-hour session or $2700 for a package of 8 hours. An initial 2-hour mediation includes 15 minutes of introductory conversation and 15 minutes of wrap-up, with a 90-minute mediation session. Further sessions may require less introductory or wrap-up time.

1-1 Support

Receive customized support with implementing evidence-based executive functioning strategies designed for ADHD professionals. Work with your neurobiology, not against it. Our approach focuses on self-compassion and is highly pragmatic: You are not broken, and if ADHD were easy, you would already have figured it out.

Initial consultation: $425 (50 minutes)

10 weekly sessions: $3250 (55 minutes)

Individual ongoing sessions: $350 (55 minutes)

Bandwidth does not perform ADHD diagnosis, offer psychotherapy, or treat medical or mental health conditions.

We do serve the professional and daily life needs of clients with ADHD or suspected ADHD, including presentations that combine with anxiety, ASD, NVLD, OCD, and complex medical diagnoses.
