About 6% of U.S. adults have been diagnosed with ADHD. That’s around 15.5 million people. Anecdotally, many more are undiagnosed, but have significant challenges with the brain’s executive functions that allow us to plan, prioritize, get started with tasks, and follow through to achieve our goals. Adults who cope with ADHD symptoms employ creative workarounds to get $%^! done. These approaches can break down when work stress, family life, personal challenges, or the fatigue of maintaining the balancing act catches up.

After 15+ years serving individuals with ADHD as a learning specialist and adult learning and development leader, I founded Bandwidth to bring evidence-based ADHD strategies and implementation steps to a wider group of adult professionals.

The Bandwidth newsletter provides free weekly updates that outline how to bring the research into your professional life, along with the option to go deeper with subscriber-only tools, assessments, and implementation strategies. I offer corporate workshops for ERGs, managers, and executives, mediation for conflict affected by ADHD, and 1-1 sessions for individual clients.
